“It was exciting to be on this popular weekly program and tell the public about the dynamic luxury real estate market in Las Vegas. It’s events like this that can attract a customer who never really thought of moving to Las Vegas or spur somebody to action that has always wanted to buy here,” Lowman noted. Ira and Kenneth discussed the evolution of the Las Vegas luxury home market, what makes a luxury home unique and some of the nuances in this luxury real estate niche. Some notable facts revealed on the air were the highest priced listing in Las Vegas today is $22,000,000, the largest home on the market is 25,000 square feet in size, and the highest dollar per square foot sale was for $1,047/sf. Some of the unique custom homes that Kenneth has sold include homes with basketball courts, a 4th floor helipad, and the famous Underground house.
